1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the website balisunrisespa.pl, booking services, and placing orders through the Bali Sunrise Spa online shop.
  2. The website is owned and operated by Bali Sunrise Spa, located in Warsaw, Poland.
  3. By using this website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. These Terms are available free of charge on the website and may be downloaded, saved, or printed at any time.

2. Definitions

  • Service Provider / Seller – Bali Sunrise Spa
  • User / Customer – any individual using the website, booking services, or purchasing products
  • Services – massages, rituals, and other treatments offered at the spa
  • Products – goods offered in the online shop

3. Use of the Website

  1. Use of the website is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. To use the website properly, a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser is required.
  3. It is prohibited to:
    • provide unlawful content,
    • interfere with the operation of the website,

4. Service Bookings

  1. Appointments may be booked via the online form, by phone, or by email.
  2. A booking becomes effective once confirmed by Bali Sunrise Spa.
  3. The Customer must provide accurate and complete contact details.
  4. Bali Sunrise Spa reserves the right to refuse service in cases including:
    • provision of false information,
    • medical contraindications to the treatment,
    • violation of spa policies or inappropriate behavior.

5. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices displayed on the website are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Payments may be made:
    • online through a payment provider,
    • in person at the spa (cash or card, if available).
  3. Online payments are processed by external certified payment providers.

6. Online Shop – Orders

  1. Orders may be placed without creating a user account (guest checkout).
  2. To place an order, the Customer must:
    • select a product,
    • provide required delivery and billing information,
    • complete the payment process.
  3. A sales contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order.
  4. The Customer will receive order confirmation via email.

7. Delivery

  1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
  2. Delivery times depend on product availability and selected shipping method.
  3. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
  4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.

8. Right of Withdrawal

  1. A consumer has the right to withdraw from a product purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
  2. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller via email at info@balisunrisespa.pl.
  3. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.
  4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • services fully performed with the Customer’s prior consent,
  • sealed hygiene products once opened (if applicable).

9. Complaints

  1. Customers have the right to submit complaints regarding non-conformity of products with the contract.
  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to info@balisunrisespa.pl.
  3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

10. Liability

  1. Bali Sunrise Spa is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the website by the User.
  2. The Service Provider is not liable for temporary interruptions in website operation caused by technical issues beyond its control.

11. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the website (texts, graphics, images, logos) is the property of Bali Sunrise Spa or used in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. Copying, distributing, or using website content without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Personal Data

13. Final Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
